FORGING
NBP uses certified bearing steel SAE 52100 / 100CR6 or equivalent, internationally accepted steel to manufacture bearing rings.

SPHEROIDIZE ANNEALING
Forged bearing rings undergo spheroidize annealing process which improves the ductility and toughness of the material. It reduces the hardness to produce a definite microstructure.
CNC MACHINING
After spheroidize annealing, the bearing rings are passed through the CNC turning process. Each ring undergoes dimensional and visual review.

HEAT TREATMENT PROCESS
An accurate heat treatment process is very important to make strong bearings. Our heat treatment process consists of hardening, super cooling, and tempering which gives stabilized ring structure. It increases the life span of bearings.
GRINDING
Grinding is necessary to achieve accurate dimensions. NBP uses fully automatic machines to manufacture superior-quality bearings under the guidance of highly qualified engineers.

SUPER FINISHING
After grinding, the bearing rings undergo the super-finishing process. We have a globally certified CNC super finish machine to ensure the best roughness values. We control the roughness values below 0.16 microns for raceways and rollers.
INSPECTION
Before assembling, every ring is checked visually. Our engineers review the size of all the bearing rings in our world-class inspection room. Only if the rings pass the quality test, components are taken for assembly.

ASSEMBLY & PACKAGING
Our assembly & packing center is completely automatic. We can pack almost 5000 pieces per day. NBP ensures export-oriented packaging. We make sure that all the bearings are packed without any damage.
